TURNKEY MOTHER'S DAY AUCTION KIT

Mother’s Day month is the perfect time to host a quick virtual auction to raise more money for your nonprofit. ZGIVE has selected best-selling items from our risk-free auction item providers in the following categories: jewelry, handbags, gift baskets, and travel. All you need to do is create an auction event, load the items into your portal from the Mother’s Day Auction Kit, and promote it to your audience!

The kits below include auction item names, images, descriptions, and pricing. All you need to do is copy the information and load it into your auction portal. ZGIVE will order the items and have them shipped to your auction winners.

Download the kit below. NOTE: The best ratio is 2 people per 1 auction item.  If you have less than 80 people attending your auction, delete some of the items to ensure you optimize your auction for success with the recommended item to person ratio.

You are invited to join us for a special Mother's Day Themed Virtual Silent Auction!  To celebrate women and moms, we have selected a fantastic collection of items she or you are sure to love, at a variety of price points. 

 

The money that we raise at this virtual event will go to (provide info). We so appreciate your past support of our nonprofit! Because of your donations, we have been able to (insert what you have been able to do with donations).

 To Register For The Auction, Select One of the Options Below:

(Registration is free. You will be able to view the items prior to the start time. However, you may only actually bid on the item when the auction is live. To bid, you will be prompted to provide your credit card payment information.)

  • Text-To-Register: (Provide keyword and number to text)

 

  • Click-to-Register: (Provide the campaign link to register)

Auction Planning & Marketing Timeline:
Week of April 25th:
 

  • Create an auction event in your portal and load the auction items

  • ​Customize the template in Canva and post the promotional auction graphic on your social platforms

  • ​Copy and customize the email template and email invite to your audience.​​

  • Send a second email reminder 1 week before your event, and another the day before your event. 

  • Post the invite social graphic again 1 week before your event.


When your auction is complete, send an email to ethan@zgive.com. ZGIVE will then bill you for the items sold at the nonprofit cost, charge the 5% performance fee, order the items and ship them to your winning recipients.
